Eric Douglas is the President & CEO of XL212, sports management and marketing “Service.”  XL212 creates EPIC experiences for Student-Athletes and is dedicated to empowering and equipping coaches and athletes to go…Beyond Winning.

Eric grew up in Salem, OH and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Evangel University in Springfield, MO, where he was a scholar-athlete as a defensive back for the Crusaders football team.  In 2013 he was inducted into the Evangel University Athletic Hall of Fame. 

His endeavors have taken him from the field as an athlete to the side-lines as a coach, to the broadcast booth as well as to the speaker’s platform.  He is a trusted friend, mentor and confidant to athletes, coaches, fans and parents as well as business and community leaders.

He served as the area director for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes in Metro Atlanta before founding XL212 in 2009.  Eric is now a member of the Pacific Northwest Regional Board for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. He is a Presenter for the 3-Dimensioanal Coaching Institute. He is also a member of the National Football Foundation and elector for the College Football Hall of Fame.

Eric is active Rotarian as member of the Rotary Club of Hillsboro, OR.  He is a Paul Harris Fellow, A Paul Harris Society Member, A Will Watt Fellow and a Hugh Thomas Fellow and a Certified Discussion Leader for (RLI) Rotary Leadership Institute.  

Now a resident of Beaverton, Oregon, Eric is married to his beautiful wife Meg, who works for Nike and is the proud father of EJ and Eve and Steele. He and his family attend Beaverton Foursquare Church.
